Toro is extending their current Retail Financing Programs which were running through July 31 out to October 31. watch for a bulletin from Toro 2. Toro is offering a $20 instant rebate on their High Wheel Recycler Model 20331. dealer will give the $20 off at retail sale and then claim back $15 when registering the unit (Promo Code 3151). This promo will run August 5 through October 31, 2010. Just a heads up. With all the Goverment activity into the banking and financing industry we have seen and will continue to see changes to programs, prohibitions to how we advertise and what we offer, etc. One thing you should be sure you do not have listed on your websites is a monthly payment amount. You can show that a specific interest rate is available for so many months (ie. 0%/24 Mos) but cannot show a specific payment amount. I'm sure we will see even more restrictions as these new laws take hold. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Toro has moved all their advertising, images, PID inserts, hang tags, TV spots, radio scripts, coop forms and guidelines to their NEW Marketing Toolkit website. They will be moving additional items here as well. They consider this site a public site that you can direct your agencies/newspaper contacts, etc to find the items they need to support your advertising efforts. It requires a sign in process and once done can be accessed as necessary. These items will no longer be on the dealer Portal (only your coop budgets which are more confidential) website is www.toro.com/toolkit SNOW BUSINESS We have started shipping snowthrowers and we tahnk all of you who took advantage of our July shipping incentive. Models 38624W and 38608 will be available in August and we know a lot of you are looking forward to seeing these. The model 38614 (the other new one) is on its way here and we hope to get as many out to dealers requesting July shipping as we possibly can. All servicing dealers should go into the Toro Portal and download a copy of Snow Products Service Bulletin # 83 referencing the 38272 and the 38282 carb Inlet Needle Replacement. We recomend you post in a conspicuous place a copy of the portion of this bulletin duplicating the letter consumers have received. Worldlawn Snowthrowers are on order and expected early September. We will keep you informed of their availability as we get closer. We have some of the new models as well as being replenshed on some of the models which sold out last year. The NORTHEAST SNOW AND ICE CONTROL EXPO is scheduled for August 31 and September 1, at the Royal Plaza Trade Center in Marlborough Mass. TPC will be in Booth 409 (same position as last year). We invite any of dealers to come by and work with us or bring any key customers in to see us. We do have Free Show passes available, so let your Sales Representative know he has a supply for your use. Our sales team will be travelling to Pennsylvania for a regional SnowEx trainign session. Dealers are welcome to attend as well. It is August 3, in Hamburg PA, at the Cabela store from 9:30 am to 4 pm WORLDLAWN DEALERS.
